Order Acceptance

All orders placed through the HALE UNIVERSE website are subject to review and acceptance by JK Noble Inc.

After submitting an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt. This confirmation does notguarantee shipment. Orders are considered accepted only once processed and prepared for fulfillment.

JK Noble Inc. reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at its discretion

  • Limit quantities per customer

  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors, inventory shortages, or suspected fraudulent activity

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Customers may request changes or cancellations before the order has shipped.

To request a cancellation, please email:

Include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Clear cancellation request

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers may then refer to the Return Policy.

JK Noble Inc. is not responsible for cancellation delays caused by late notification from the customer.

Pre-Orders

If offered, pre-order items will clearly state estimated release and shipping dates.

Pre-orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once shipped, standard return terms apply.

Release dates are estimates and may be adjusted due to production or supply chain factors.

Payment Authorization

By placing an order, you authorize JK Noble Inc. to charge your selected payment method for:

  • The full product amount

  • Applicable taxes

  • Shipping fees (if any)

Orders flagged for potential fraud may require additional verification before processing.

Pricing Accuracy

We strive to maintain accurate pricing and product descriptions. However, in the event of typographical errors, system glitches, or incorrect promotions, JK Noble Inc. reserves the right to cancel or adjust affected orders.

If your order is impacted, you will be notified and refunded if applicable.

Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in:
