Order Acceptance
All orders placed through the HALE UNIVERSE website are subject to review and acceptance by JK Noble Inc.
After submitting an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt. This confirmation does notguarantee shipment. Orders are considered accepted only once processed and prepared for fulfillment.
JK Noble Inc. reserves the right to:

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers may then refer to the Return Policy.
JK Noble Inc. is not responsible for cancellation delays caused by late notification from the customer.
Pre-Orders
If offered, pre-order items will clearly state estimated release and shipping dates.
Pre-orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once shipped, standard return terms apply.
Release dates are estimates and may be adjusted due to production or supply chain factors.
